As a NASS member, you and a guest get a free entry to NASS Members’ Day. This fantastic event offers a mix of presentations, great advice on managing your AS and fun practical sessions. It’s also a great oppourtunity to meet NASS staff and other members; socialise, network and have loads of fun!
Here are some of the highlights from our previous Members’ Days:
- Fun practical sessions, including singing, tai chi, bollywood dancing and nordic walking!
- Leading rheumatologists, dieticians, acupuncturists, physiotherapists and occupational therapists talking about AS
- Oppourtunity to chat with an expert
- Chance to meet and share experiences with other NASS members
NASS is coming to Scotland!
On 22 September, we will be in Stirling for the first in a series of regional Community Engagement Conferences.
In a new style event for NASS, we will be bringing together healthcare professionals, people with AS, other patient organisations and researchers.
Speakers include Dr Stefan Siebert, Patricia Bisset (occupational therapist with NHS Glasgow and Clyde), Murray Brown (Chair, NASS West Lothian) and Marie-Therese MacDonald (research physiotherapist).
There will also be a number of workshops run by members of the NASS team.
